RETURNS

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

Items returned after 7 days

Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit


Shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
